CA Narang Rajinder was born on July 15, 1965, in Fatehabad, a town in Haryana, India, to Mrs. Santosh Rani and Mr. Diwan Chand Narang. Coming from a well-off family background, his upbringing was marked by the values instilled by his parents, particularly his father, who served in a government position. Due to his father’s job, Rajinder Narang attended several government schools across the Hisar District during his formative years.
Throughout his childhood and early education, Rajinder demonstrated a keen intellect and a strong work ethic, traits that would later define his career in the field of chartered accountancy. His family’s support and the education he received laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors, shaping him into the successful professional he is known as today.

My Vision

Complete ban on tender &  turnover System for allotment of goverment Work . Bank Audits Should be alloted by RBI and There Should be No restriction of 3 years experinces on a new Chartered Accountant/ Firm. Remuneration of Concurrent auditor should be in accordance to the work scope of audit. Membership fees should be taken Only once not on annual basic.GST on professional services rendered by Chartered Accountant should be covered under reverse charge. To provide due gratitude to young & women members for comprehensive professional growth.
To provide free e-library on all topics for the members at ICAI level.
No specific and prior approval should be required by a practicing Chartered Accountant for: Part time employment in non-business concern, Office of Managing Director/Whole-time Director of a body corporate, Interest in family business concerns, Interest in agricultural or allied activities carried out with the help of hired labour, Interest in any educational institute.
There should be fix working hours for members as well as job security to them.
There should be a ‘monthly campus interview system’ in ICAI premises. Companies should be allowed to participate in campus at nominal rates so that they can recruit maximum number of Chartered Accountants.
Extensive job opportunity for new entrant in the profession.
To start live webcast of Council meetings, so that the members can watch the working of their representatives in council. Minutes of council meetings should be open to all members.
Any expenditure incurred on travelling, lodging etc. of elected members should be published on ICAI’s website on monthly basis.
There should be ban on organizing of Seminars by elected members during the election year on the cost of ICAI’s fund.
There should be a system of revaluation of examination papers instead of rechecking.
Entry in CA profession must be through entrance test and it should be like JEE, NEET or CLAT so that serious students can enter in profession rather than crowd at large.
Period of Articleship training under Chartered Accountant should be decreased to two years and one year training should be with any professional institution for improvement of communication, writing skills and over all development of students.
